- Continuous support throughout labor and birth from the time YOU decide you need me
- (1) 1 hour Virtual Postpartum session

Essential Birth Package $1,400
- Full Labor and Birth support
- (1) Prenatal home visit
- Unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and immediate postpartum.
- 24 hour On-Call services, from 36 weeks to the start of labor
- Continuous support throughout labor and birth from the time YOU decide you need me; either at your home, birth center, or the hospital
- Access to pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and baby care resources
- Early breastfeeding and postpartum support (1-2 hours after the birth)
- (2) 1 hour Postpartum home visits
- Continued text or email support for 4 weeks postpartum
Serene Birth Package $2,100
- Full Labor and Birth support

- Continuous support throughout labor and birth from the time YOU decide you need me; either at your home, birth center, or the hospital

As a doula, I am not a medical professional. I will not perform clinical tasks such as vaginal exams, fetal heart checks, blood pressure, etc. I will not make decisions for you or speak to your care provider on your behalf. I will do whatever I can to get you the information you need to make your own informed decisions. I will discuss your concerns with you, suggest options and remind you of your birth preferences.
